We can inspect, diagnose, and repair a variety of electronics in-store, troubleshoot any issues you are facing, and advise on the best solutions for your situation and budget.

SERVICES

We offer a range of services in-store by our experienced technicians. Please note we do not work on 240v appliances or automotive electronics.

All repair jobs are seen in order of when they arrive in store and can take up to 5 working days.

Inspection fees from $69.90

  • Our technicians work on a variety of problems. Screen replacements, battery replacements, upgrades, charging issues, blue screens and so much more.

  • If you’re looking for your next gaming rig, a computer that can handle your business needs, or a family desktop we can get it sorted. Our technicians will consult with you on your needs, quote to your budget requirements, build, and set up your custom build so all that’s left when you get home is to turn it on.

    Once the quote is accepted it will be a 7-day turnaround time

  • If you’re printer is jamming, you’re getting constant error messages or it just won’t do what it’s told, we have a printer technician on site. We are Taupo’s Authorized Brother Partner and have a wide range of experience with printers of all types. If your printer is too large to transport give us a call for an onsite visit.

  • Having trouble with technology in general? Smartphones, tablets, computers, and laptops our experienced team can advise on solutions and walk you through step by step in a way that you understand.

  • If you have a new computer or phone and want to transfer your data from your old device we are here to help. If your hard drive has died or your data is corrupted we offer a data recovery service to help you retrieve those important files.

  • If your phone has been hacked, or your bank account has been frauded we have services that can scan and remove any malicious software or viruses. We also offer proof of scanning and removal letters for your bank to prove the actions taken and gain access to your accounts again.

  • If your device has been damaged beyond repair or is uneconomical to repair, your insurance may cover the replacement costs. We offer a service to inspect and report on the damages to provide to your insurance company.

  • If you have devices outside of phones, laptops, printers, and PCs we have a technician onsite who can help. Maybe a port is broken, a switch has stopped working, or a cable is broken we can inspect and repair it.

  • Often if your phone or iPad has stopped charging, or charges intermittently it can be as simple as a deep clean on your charging port.
