Please follow the instructions
given to you by the Technician.

Check below for a description of each step required to setup the remote session.

  • Enter the code provided by the technician in the box on the right and click the arrow once lit.

  • After clicking the arrow the software will download. Don’t see the download? You may need to check your downloads and allow it, you can do this by pressing “CTRL+J” on your keyboard, locate the download and click “Save”.

  • Once the software has been downloaded, you will need to run it. Double click the file and once the install has started you will be prompted for permissions, click “Yes”.
